Todd Lesley - President

Todd graduated from North Carolina State University and immediately began a career with ITT Commercial Finance. He worked nineteen years with ITT and other asset-based lenders before starting Bedford Financial in 2002. He recognized that businesses needed assistance with options outside traditional banking facilities. He is aligned with a variety of financial institutions as their commissioned representative. Bedford Financial specializes in arranging financing for working capital, equipment and SBA loans to stimulate business success.

Lu-Ann Lesley - Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Lu-Ann is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and was a medical sales representative for Johnson & Johnson prior to the launch of Bedford Financial. She focuses on promoting the services of Bedford Financial to the business and commercial banking community.
